Our homemade breakfasts are cooked fresh to order using locally sourced ingredients, wherever possible. We will aim to provide alternatives to our standard menu to support guests with special dietary requirements, food intolerances or allergies, but please do let us know in advance.

Breakfast is served from:

7am to  9am Monday to Friday and 
8am to  9.30am at the weekend. 

So we can tailor make your breakfast and ensure efficient service to you in the morning there maybe occasions when we ask for your breakfast order the night before.

Please help yourself from the range to;
Juices, Cereals, Yoghurts, Grapefruit, Prunes, selection of fresh fruits.
Please select one of the cooked options;
Fresh hot Porridge made with  Scott's Porage Oats (please allow 15 minutes)
Boiled eggs and soldiers
Enjoy a good old traditional breakfast of toast and boiled eggs

Springfield House English Breakfast
Locally sourced award-winning traditional pork sausage, unsmoked rindless back bacon, free range eggs, vine tomatoes, mushrooms, Heinz baked beans.

Springfield House Vegetarian Breakfast
Linda McCartney vegetarian sausage, hash browns, free range eggs, vine tomatoes, mushrooms, Heinz baked beans.

Scrambled eggs with Smoked salmon
accompanied with chives, served on a Muffin or Toast

Coffee (or Decaffeinated), Tea - English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Decaffeinated, Peppermint, Green and assorted fruit flavours or Hot Chocolate.

White or granary toast with a selection of home-made marmalade, jam and honey.
