How the Pricing Works
To keep our rates fair, room prices are dynamic (just like flight prices). Your final total is:

Example (15-night package): If the Deluxe room with breakfast for your chosen date is £150, your total would be £150 + £120 = £270 .

Do you offer an airport hotel with parking at Birmingham Airport?

Can I stay and park at Birmingham Airport, or park and fly from BHX?
Yes. Stay the night before you fly and leave your car with us while you are away — that is our stay and park / park and fly package. On return we meet you at the terminal and your car is ready to drive home. Choose 8 or 15 nights of parking, with extra nights at £5.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. On your departure day, we try to be flexible with checkout times to suit your flight, subject to availability — just let us know your schedule and we'll work around it.
What if my return flight is delayed?
Don't worry — your car will be waiting for you whenever you arrive. Just let us know if there are any delays before take off so we can make sure everything is ready for you.
How do I book if my trip is a different length (e.g., 6 or 12 nights)?
Our packages are based on “Up To” durations. You simply choose the package that fits your needs and add extra days if required:
- For 1 to 8 nights: Select the 8-Night Stay, Park & Fly package. (Even if you only need 5 or 6 nights, this is our best value bundle.)
- For 9 to 15 nights: Select the 15-Night Stay, Park & Fly package.
- For 16+ nights: Select the 15-Night package and then add “Additional Parking” for £5 per night for the remainder of your trip.
Can I book for longer than 15 days?
Yes! Simply add additional parking nights during checkout at just £5 per extra night. We can accommodate trips of any length.
How do I get to the airport?
We transfer you to the airport (just 7 minutes away). On return, we meet & greet you at the airport — your car is waiting for you to drive straight home.
What's included in the package price?
When you book a Stay, Park & Fly package, you get one overnight room (with a 15% discount) plus a fixed Park & Fly add-on. The add-on is £85 (8 nights’ parking) or £120 (15 nights). The add-on covers secure parking, full English or Grab & Go breakfast, and return airport transfers .
